This morning desert safari is designed for those eager to discover the authentic culture and landscapes of the UAE beyond the city. Departing from Dubai, you'll journey to the renowned Al Marmoom Desert Reserve, the first unfenced nature conservation reserve in the country. This shared adventure is perfect for travelers interested in Bedouin traditions and desert wildlife, offering a genuine escape from urban life into the heart of the Arabian sands.

The experience begins with a comfortable drive from your hotel in Dubai to Al Marmoom, where you'll pause for a photo stop amidst sweeping dunes. Here, you'll get your first glimpse of the vast desert expanse, with the chance to spot native animals and birds. Your guide will introduce you to the Bedouin lifestyle, sharing insights into the region’s ecology and history while you take in panoramic views of the golden landscape.

Upon arrival at the Bedouin Village, you'll be welcomed with traditional gahwa and sweet treats, setting the tone for a morning of Emirati hospitality. The highlight comes with a camel caravan ride—lasting about 10 to 12 minutes and available to repeat—allowing you to experience the gentle sway of these iconic animals as you traverse the dunes, all while observing desert flora and fauna. Children under 12 must ride accompanied by an adult, and the youngest participants can follow the caravan or stay at the village under supervision.

Returning to the village, the cultural immersion deepens. Watch a live demonstration of Arabic coffee-making, then taste the fresh brew. You'll have the opportunity to don traditional attire—Kandura for men and Abaya for women—and pose for photos with a majestic falcon, a symbol of the UAE's heritage. The Bedouin breakfast that follows features authentic flavors, enjoyed in the tranquil atmosphere of the oasis, with cooking stations and views of restored wells and farm animals adding to the sense of tradition.

The tour concludes with a relaxed transfer back to your Dubai accommodation, allowing time to reflect on the morning’s discoveries. As you leave Al Marmoom, you'll carry with you the sights, sounds, and tastes of desert life. Drop-off is included, making for a seamless end to your outing in the wilderness.

Your booking covers round-trip transport from Dubai in a modern air-conditioned vehicle, guided activities at the Bedouin Village, participation in the camel caravan ride, a traditional breakfast, and photo opportunities with a falcon and in local dress. Expenses not specifically mentioned, as well as tipping, are not included. The experience does not cover insurance for personal belongings or injuries, so please take care with valuables and consider travel insurance.

The landscape is home to oryx, gazelles, and migratory birds, and its open sands offer a sense of vastness unique to the region. The Bedouin village showcases authentic architecture and daily practices, reflecting the enduring connection between people and the desert.
